The result of a long and passionate experimentation, finally another ‘dream’ that is realized in the cellars of George Deaf in Castiglione Falletto. A wonderful ‘rosé’ brut, sparkling wine, classic fermentation traditional in the bottle, obtained with the most noble grape varieties of our Area.

Tasting notes: the mousse is delicate and generous, with the formation of bubbles, very fine and persistent.
Color ,bright pink, with pleasant reflections cerasuoli. The aroma is fine, intense, elegant, with nuances of fresh flowers, yeast and sweet spices. Flavour is dry, full, lively and generous, pleasantly sapid and very persistent.
Maturation and ageing: after the fermentation it rests on its lees, before the "degorgement".
