The transparent glass bottle is wrapped in a red film which has the function of protecting the white wine from light and UV rays, preserving its quality. It also has the symbolic meaning of the “Blanc de Noirs” wine it protects, since red is the color of the berry from which this sparkling wine is obtained. It is recommended to remove the protective film only at the time of consumption.
