The Bellei Extra Cuvée Brut Red is the result of continuous studies, research and experience in the production of the Classic Method. Produced exclusively with the grapes of Lambrusco di Sorbara.

The fragrance develops an intensity of fruity aromas of strawberry and blackberry hedge, with an elegant fragrance of violet. The foam is colored, compact, fine and persistent perlage. The palate is fresh and quite tannic, full of body, with good softness. Its colour is a deep ruby red.

For its versatility can be served throughout the meal. It is perfect with tortellini and other pasta dishes from emilia. Ideal with salami, zampone and cotechino. Goes well with cheeses and dry pastry.
