Dry sparkling wine Desiderio Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG Bortolin Angelo
Dedicated to Angelo Bortolin's father "Desiderio", this Valdobbiadene DOCG is the result of a careful selection of the finest grapes that are brought to our cellar. A few days before the harvest, Angelo and Desiderio go through all the vineyards.
Here they will decide, on the basis of personal sensations, the result of a consolidated knowledge of their lands and the territory, which will be the grapes that will form the cuvée of this Valdobbiadene. This is, among all, the sparkling wine with the highest sugar residue, and for this reason it is suitable for use at the end of a meal, perhaps accompanying cream or shortcrust pastry desserts. It should be served at a temperature between 6 and 8 ° C to try to contain its extraordinary softness.
COLOR: Pale straw yellow.
BOUQUET: Clear, harmonious with strong varietal aromas such as unripe white fruit and white flowers.
TASTE: Soft and round taste, elegant in its essentiality, with a fruity aftertaste and a fine and creamy bubble on the palate.
LoNGEVITY: 24 months
