|Vinification||Fermentation at controlled temperature in steel tanks is followed, in spring, by the tirage with the beginning of a slow refermentation in the bottle according to the traditional method of Franciacorta.|
|Maturation||The bottles remain in the stack for at least 30 months (total 38 months from the harvest) guaranteeing the unmistakable bouquet due to the contact and autolysis of the yeasts.|
