Color: bright straw-yellow illuminated by a very fine perlage, very consistent and continuous. In some vintages coppery notes deriving from Pinot Noir.
Bouquet: immediately toasted notes and mineral flashes, then fresh fruits, almonds and bread crust.
Taste: soft in the mouth despite its extremely dry, fresh dosage, with a nice fatness and consistent sapidity.

|Production area||Franciacorta (BS) in the municipalities of Capriolo and Iseo.|
|Vinification||The fermentation at controlled temperature in steel tanks and partly (about 20%) in oak barrels is followed, in spring, by the tirage with the beginning of a slow refermentation in the bottle according to the traditional method of Franciacorta.|
|Maturation||The bottles remain in stacks for at least 42 months ensuring the unmistakable bouquet due to the contact and autolysis of the yeasts. After disgorging, with the addition of a very dry dosage syrup it completes a further refinement.|
