Also for Ais it was in 2003 the best Italian wine for quality / price ratio and Ais Lombardia crowned it best Lombard wine in 2007. Characterized by a lower pressure in the bottle (maximum 5.0 atm) which guarantees a perlage of extreme finesse, persistence and softness.
Color: pale yellow, clear and bright.
Aroma: to the nose it shows a significant presence of ripe, dense and dense fruity notes, on which spicy and yeast aromas are inserted, reminiscent of biscuit and almond notes.
Taste: of great elegance, it offers the same olfactory sensations on the palate supported by body and structure, enlivened by a slight acidity.

|Vinification||The fermentation in oak barrels is followed, in spring, by the tirage with the beginning of a slow refermentation in the bottle according to the traditional method of Franciacorta.|
|Maturation||The bottles remain in stacks for at least 40 months (48 months total from harvest) guaranteeing the unmistakable bouquet due to contact and autolysis of the yeasts.|
