Giardino Asciutto Valdobbiadene DOCG Prosecco Superiore Rive vineyard by Colbertaldo Adami
The Garden Vineyard, purchased in 1920, is a viticultural amphitheater naturally facing south. Probably the first example of Prosecco from a single vineyard of the whole denomination, it was presented at the 1st Exhibition of Typical Italian Wines, held in Siena from 3 to 19 August 1933, as "Riva Giardino Asciutto". Vigneto Giardino best expresses the concept that Adami likes to define "fruit salad": the complex but immediate and non-repetitive sensation on the nose of a box of washed fresh fruit.
Appearance: Straw yellow color. Dense foam and fine and persistent perlage
Bouquet: Of great amplitude, intensity and balance. With fresh fruity notes, it recalls yellow apple, peach, wisteria and acacia flowers.
Taste: Rich and intense in fruit flavors, of consistent amplitude, soft and fresh. Of good fullness and length, it has complete correspondence with the perfume.
Great harmony and elegance.
