Produced in limited quantities, with grapes from the best vintages, it rests for at least 72 months on autochthonous yeasts selected by us.
It reaches persuasive and warm flavors of toasted almonds, honey and spices that only time can develop in such a balanced context; the body is fresh and strong and does not betray age. It is proposed in the Brut version, thanks to the addition of a very light and wise “dosage”.
