From Glera grapes from the hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, Miraval is traditionally vinified and made sparkling with the Italian method. The result is a soft, delicate and very fine sparkling wine, with a characteristic floral and fruity bouquet. In the glass it is bright and brilliant with abundant and evanescent froth, with a fine and continuous perlage.

Made from Glera grapes from the Carpesica area with a south-south-west location The soil is clayey-calcareous, rich in the residues of glacial moraine from the ancient Piave glacier that descended from the Fadalto saddle between Mount Pizzoc and Mount Visentin. The average altitude is 180 meters above sea level. The training system is in Sylvoz, with an average planting density of 4800 plants per hectare. The harvest takes place in the second half of September and the average yield is 85 hL / Ha. The climate is temperate, with cold winters and hot summers but with good ventilation, not muggy. The temperature range is remarkable, especially in the summer.
