But also part of the childhood memories of Fabio Zardetto, who spent his afternoons at that mill in the company of his grandmother, helping her to grind the wheat and playing near the canal that brought water to the blades, and who wanted to pay homage with this Prosecco to that unfortunately forgotten symbol of the Coneglianesi's work of the time.
Color: Bright and brilliant straw yellow with creamy froth and subtle and persistent perlage.
Bouquet: Delicate on the nose, it offers fragrant aromas of yellow fruit: rennet apple, light pear but also lychees. The floral notes of wisteria are also noteworthy.
Taste: Sapid, round, vital structure, where the recurring fruity notes are well balanced with freshness. Greedy and easy style that stays fresh and blends well with the soft final effervescence.
