The Chardonnay grape, base of Brut, ripens on moraine and calcareous soil and thanks to the temperature changes between day and night, acquires a particular fragrance and aromaticity, making the finished product, after a maturation of 48 months on the lees in an old military bunker at a constant temperature around 12 °, particularly complex and elegant.
