Produced with the best Chardonnay grapes from the most suitable high-altitude vineyards of the Cembra Valley, the Riserva 1673 is a much appreciated ambassador of Cesarini Sforza quality. The important temperature range between day and night and the correct insolation help to concentrate the typical and sought-after fruity aromas in the bunches. The sandy, deep porphyry soil gives it an enviable flavor and a long-lasting minerality. The manual harvesting, the transfer into small containers, the soft pressing and the precision sought in every phase of production allow to obtain a unique product, characterized by the balance and the innate harmony of taste typical of the Trentodoc classic method sparkling wines. Fine on the nose and rich on the palate, it represents one of the best results that Trentino winemaking has to offer.
