Personalmente uno dei migliori rosè Italiani. Sarà la presenza del Nerello Mascalese o i terreni minerali dell'Etna,ma questo rosè stupisce come pochi. Si distingue subito per il suo colore rosa raffinato. Al naso emergono il melograno, agrumi e fragolina selvatica.
Corposo, sapido eccellente con cruditè.
