Obtained from the natural fermentation of our glera grapes from the hills of Conegliano, made sparkling and left to mature in steel and then bottled for a few months, San Fermo is the wine that expresses the most typical characteristics of the moraine hill of glacial origin on which the grapes are grown . In the glass it is bright and brilliant with abundant and evanescent froth with a fine and continuous perlage. Delicate and slightly aromatic, it has aromas of golden apple and acacia, with a pleasant aftertaste of fresh walnut husk combined with a savory minerality.
