It is precisely from one of these hills that we can obtain this wonderful Prosecco Doc sparkling wine, with a wonderful complexity of aromas of ripe fruit such as apple, pear, citrus and floral scents, in particular rose, at the end a pleasant aftertaste that recalls the glazed almonds. Soft, convincing flavor, supported by a very fine perlage which, sipping it for a long time, expands in the mouth. Sparkling wine of great versatility, it should be served at 6-8 degrees.
