Settecento33 Lessini Durello DOC Cantina di Soave
It is a sparkling wine produced with a variety of native grapes, Durella, an ancient vine cultivated since 1733 on the eastern side of the Verona area. Settecento33 Lessini Durello DOC stands out for its delicate fruitiness, seductive mouth and explosive, unmistakable freshness. A unique sparkling wine by nature, characterized by a great variety of aromatic components ranging from the suggestive woody fragrances typical of Lessinia such as elderberry and hawthorn, up to the amusing citrus notes of cedar and yellow grapefruit.
Settecento33 Lessini Durello is a sparkling wine of volcanic nature, which embodies all the ancient flavor of the land in which it was born: the Lessini Mountains, which are located on the eastern side of the Verona area. The volcanoes in this area have been extinct for millions of years now, but a series of ancient underwater eruptions have covered the soil with basalts and tuffs. It is in these rough and porous volcanic rocks that a very ancient native vine has its roots: Durella, whose presence is attested in the Lessini Mountains since the first half of the eighteenth century. It is from this exceptional grape that Settecento33 Lessini Durello comes to life, a wine with a sparkling personality, whose unmistakable freshness and marked minerality are nothing more than the trace left by the fire. Immediate, pleasant and elegant, but at the same time lively and of great character, Settecento33 is perfect for the whole meal, for pleasant aperitifs in company and for fun moments of celebration.
