Sparkling wine Brut Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG Bortolin Angelo
The Brut version of Valdobbiadene DOCG is the most typical and characteristic for the denomination, as the low sugar residue leaves the fruit with the maximum expression of its aromas. It is a dry sparkling wine, which can be edgy and be appreciated more easily by the most demanding palates.
As with all the grapes conferred to our family, even those that give rise to the Valdobbiadene DOCG Brut of Bortolin Angelo Spumanti are exclusively hand-picked and their transformation, to make them the nectar of Valdobbiadene, is scrupulously controlled and respected.
This Valdobbiadene DOCG should be served at a temperature of 8/10 ° C to soften the palate, in a large glass goblet. Its characteristic fruity aroma and its dry and delicate taste make it excellent as an aperitif and to accompany the entire meal.
COLOR: Pale straw yellow.
BOUQUET: Clean and fine, with sensations of apple, green pear rightly citrusy make it a wine that immediately reveals its direct and essential character.
TASTE: The rightly acid taste and balanced softness make it an emotional Brut.
In the aftertaste we find the citrus fruitiness.
The bubble (perlage) is fine, creamy, almost velvety on the palate.
