There is an intimate bond of saline and floral blood that unites the “white quarrels” of our Sangiovese vinified in white with the refined effervescence of its alter ego: a classic “zero dosage” sparkling wine with a fine and persistent perlage.
The glass smells of mother yeast, saline memories that with oxygen become strongly brackish.
The taste is granite, creamy and elegant speaking the language of the “blanc de noir”, between mellow tannins and vertical freshness.
Excellent as an aperitif or throughout the meal with delicate and refined dishes.
