Testarossa Principle VSQ Classic Method Brut La Versa
Produced to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the La Versa Winery, Testarossa Principio is made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes; the wine thus obtained was subsequently aged, again in barrique, for about six months until the blending of the cuvée. A product for connoisseurs and for demanding palates
Creamy white foam, subtle, continuous and persistent perlage. Brilliant straw yellow color, well pronounced perfume, fragrance of currant jam, toasted hazelnut and bay leaf. Soft taste, but fresh and lively, very harmonious, with a pleasant aftertaste of small ripe fruits that lingers for a long time in the mouth.
