An exceptional wine that can mark the boundaries of where you can get the Verdicchio. A riserva obtained from the fermentation and subsequent maturation for a year in small French oak barrels. The structure is important, the scents and the flavors are intense and longevity is exceptional for a white, to the levels of the largest international wines. The grapes used in the San Sisto only come from careful selection in the vineyard's namesake.

|Vinification||The whole production process is characterized by the utmost attention to detail, from the selection of grapes, up to the choice of the barrels and of the long times of aging.|
|Maturation||The fermentation takes place already in barriques of French oak, well proportioned between the first, second and third passage, where St. Sixtus is left to mature for 10-12 months. Then you have at least another year of refining the final bottle.|
