Production area The area next to the river Isonzo in which lie the vineyards of Ribolla Gialla Puiatti looks like a plateau, gently sloping from the hills to the North of the region towards the Adriatic sea.
Vinification This wine is achieved through a technique which is called infusion, the process by which you put inside of Ribolla wine of the previous year and an amount equal to a maximum of 15% of the grapes of Ribolla carefully destemmed by hand.
