It is the interpretation that is most current of Soave Bertani, a wine which historically has been present on the most important tables of the world. The Sereole is a Soave from the exuberant personality and unique. It is produced exclusively with Gargànega, the most elegant white grape indigenous veronese grown in the vineyard Sereole, a true “cru”, located on the hills between Soave and Monteforte d'alpone, where the soil is clay with good presence of organic matter enriches and enhances the typical varietal notes of the grape variety. The vintage, slightly late, together with the fermentation of the must in large oak vats, adds freshness and flavor that blend well with a light aging in oak to give the wine softness and complexity. Soave superior balance and personality, the Sereole it pairs nicely with hors d'oeuvres, soups and white meat.

Maturation: The maturation takes place on the lees of fermentation always in large wooden vats for about six months. The bottling there follows a period of ageing of at least three months.

Vinification The manual harvesting of the grapes takes place in mid-October, when the same are ripe and rich of aromatic substances. The pruning follows a soft pressing with partial skin contact and cold.
Maturation The maturation occurs on the lees of fermentation always in large wooden vats for about six months. Aging in the bottle for at least three months.
