The historic area of Lugana extends over the wide slopes that descend towards the Lake of Garda, and enjoy the favourable mild climate that is from the waters of the lake. There grows the Trebbiano di Lugana, from which this wine comes entirely. Aromatic and fresh, is a wine of great personality and structure between the white of the lake. Its color is straw yellow opens on the nose with notes of pear and peach, whose pleasant sensations back in my mouth. Fermented specifically only in steel barrels, this wine has a crystal-clear well with the lightness and delicacy of the fish dishes.
Maturation: In stainless steel tanks over the lees of fermentation for at least three months, with a periodic re-mixing of the deposit of yeasts.
