This wine wants to retrieve the most noble tradition of wine-growing and winemaking in the area of Frascati through the selection of vineyards with an average age of 50 years and that still produce the best grapes, typical: in addition to the Malvasia di Candia and del Lazio, Greco and Bombino.

After the vinification is carried out with the original techniques, follows an aging period of 12 months, of which at least 4 in the bottle, in the ancient caves of tufa wine cellar, with humidity and constant temperatures. Thus was born the Moon Mater with the typical aromas of the variety large, complex and intense, full-flavoured and full-bodied, with elegant fruity background and lingering.
