Straw-yellow color tending to greenish. It is a great wine: fine, delicate, intense bouquet that recalls the flowers of the field. Dry, fresh, soft, velvety, with net hints of bitter almonds, very round, of medium alcoholic content and low acidity.

|Vinification||Crushing and stemming immediately upon arrival in the cellar the grapes harvested at a temperature of 24C. Soft pressing. Cooling the wort to 15C. Settling for a night. Racking of the must clean with inoculation of selected yeasts.|
|Maturation||Fermentation at 18C for 10 days. Racking and refinement in stainless steel vats, where it remains for 3 months on its own yeasts.|

|Pairings||For the friulians is clearly a wine for all occasions. Excellent as an aperitif, served in a stop in the inn, is traditionally associated with other two typical of friuli: Montasio cheese and San Daniele ham.|
