Bianco Di Ceparano Romagna Albana Dry DOCG Fattoria Zerbina
Albana is certainly the most interesting vine in our production, both because it is an exclusive native of this region and because thanks to our Checkmate it has returned to the center of attention.
After the consolidated experience in the production of raisins, we have also dedicated ourselves to the packaging of a dry white wine: planting a vineyard dedicated to it, with greater planting density and a management of the foliage aimed at guaranteeing freshness and aromaticity to the grapes.
The result is an original white, stylistically oriented to the wines of the Loire, with fresh and floral aromas, but above all with an extraordinary and exuberant acidity that allow it to stand out and be able to express itself at its best even after 7-8 years.
