Award-winning by the Gambellara DOC, the Gambellara Classico of the Natalina Grandi estate comes from pure Garganega grapes, grown in the classic production area of the Monte di Mezzo locality, from vines with about 40 years of age, we are at 300 meters above sea level. With a fruity aroma, the Gambellara Classico is the excellent result of aging in large barrels of 15 hectoliters of French oak for at least six months, it is a mineral and persistent still white wine, has light balsamic notes of myrtle, sage and rosemary with a finish of almond and aging in tonneau. It goes well with Vicenza-style cod, white meats, barbecues, risottos, medium-aged cheeses.
