Very lively and brilliant golden yellow color with dazzling straw-yellow notes.
Aroma with fruity notes of apricot in maturation, ample and enveloping, accompanied by graceful nuances of grapefruit and hawthorn flowers.
Balanced and very harmonious flavor, it is immediately savory and thick thanks to a powerful structure. Creamy with evident sensations of ripe fruit (peach and exotic fruits), it is bright and fresh for a balanced acidity and a slight persistent pleasant mineral note.

|Production area||Oliosi, a small hamlet in the municipality of Castelnuovo del Garda located south east of Lake Garda.|
|Vinification||The grapes are pressed, de-stemmed and immediately cooled for a short cold maceration with the skins. The static decantation of the must follows in order to eliminate the heavier lees, then fermentation at a controlled temperature.|
|Maturation||After bottling, the wine is aged in the bottle for at least 10 months before it is put on sale.|
