Dry white with a beautiful structure, intense straw yellow with evident greenish reflections; of good aromatic intensity, reminiscent of exotic fruit, pineapple and citrus; fruity, with a balanced acidulous vein, it is slightly bitter in the aftertaste.

It is one of the oldest native Umbrian vines, normally used in blends with Trebbiano. In purity it gives a pleasant and not excessively charged wine, but with adequate viticultural practices we are able to obtain a wine with a full character.
The stylized motif on the label is inspired by the four-lobed panels of the 14th century. that adorn the facade of the Cathedral of Perugia: a formal balance that interprets history, elegance and modernity.
