Double overturned training system. Cryomaceration, soft pressing, hand batonnage, controlled fermentation in steel tanks, macrofiltration.
Bottling after 15 months of aging.
Straw yellow color, clean nose with elegant aromas. The taste has a strong personality, floral and fruity aroma with a typical note that recalls the scent of bitter almond. Number of bottles produced about 5,500. To be combined in the kitchen with fish in general and crustaceans.
