The name OLMÈRA derives from the location of the vineyard that produces the grapes for this wine. Are where at one time there was the"olmèra", which in the terminology local is used to indicate a forest of old trees of elm, which is still present. This area has always been considered to be of particular value for the viticulture, since it is equipped with a soil which naturally gives body and richness to the wines which generates.
