The grapes are harvested very late towards the end of November, thus obtaining a concentration of both the sugar and acid component, optimal conditions for obtaining a sweet, aromatic wine supported by a pleasant acidity. Petit Manseng offers both the nose and the palate a sensory spectrum that leads from the exotic fruits of mango, pineapple and maracuia to notes of honey and noble rot. The wine is excellent to accompany desserts, pastries and fresh cheeses.
