Pinot Bianco Alto Adige DOC Terlan
Pinot bianco has always been one of the most important grape varieties in our cellar, and it reflects very well the terroir that gives rise to the Terlano grapes. Vinified in purity, the Pinot Blancs with a refined taste and above all with pleasantly mineral notes are one of our flagships.
Color: pale straw yellow with a slight greenish glaze
Bouquet: In the nose, this classic Pinot Blanc brings out the notes of pear and fresh apple that intersect with the aromas of gooseberry and lime, all rounded off by hints of chamomile and lemongrass.
Taste: The classic Pinot Blanc is strong and compelling, conquering the palate with aromas of pear and quince, with a fruity, but also mineral and salty taste. It is a wine that literally dances on the tongue, before surprising with its long persistence.
