Quarz Sauvignon Blanc Alto Adige DOC Terlan
"With the same elegance of the quartz inserts that make the Terlan volcanic porphyry shine, our selection of Sauvignon proves to be able to live up to its name. Among its peculiarities stand out the refined structure, the depth and the salty aftertaste, which embellish this noble white wine, which has now risen to international fame. "
Rudi Kofler
Color: sparkling greenish yellow
Bouquet: The bouquet of this Sauvignon is exotic and captivating, with multiple fruity notes of mango, papaya, lime and red grapefruit, but also aromas of herbs such as lemongrass, lemon balm, mint and green tea. In addition, there is a hint of gooseberry and mineral veils of flint.
Taste: On the palate there is an interesting game between the fruity aromas and the delicately mineral notes, which blend into a harmoniously full flavor that becomes decisive and persistent in the aftertaste.
