Sweet wine made from botrytised grapes. It bears the name of the place where it is produced to signify the uniqueness of the place. It is only thanks to cooler temperatures and greater windiness that the grapes are ennobled by a microorganism that elsewhere would devastate the crops. The same that then determines the great taste density and a complex bouquet to say the least.
Golden yellow wine that acquires intensity over time. The nose is delicate, sweet, pleasant, and opens into a large floral bouquet with characteristic moldy notes. In the mouth it is rich, has an extraordinary balance, is persistent and aromatic, with a memory of acacia, violets and vanilla.
