We, instead, from the beginning, we decided to call our Tocai “the Flower of the Field”. A personal choice, as its label, and as the initial goal of producing a wine based on Tocai, but supported by vines that help to create its complexity and aromatic depth, outside of the traditional schemes. The result is the Flower of the Field (85% Tocai Friulano, 10% Sauvignon Blanc, 5% Riesling).
