The particular aroma that distinguishes is the fruit of extreme care in each step of the supply chain: a low yield per vine, harvest exclusively in boxes, various techniques used in the cellar. You can appreciate flavors ranging from citrus, peach, tropical fruit that we find, and then also on the palate, fresh, full-bodied with a long persistence on the palate. It goes with stockfish, shellfish, cheeses, even cheeses, and white meats. We recommend to serve at a temperature of 12-14° C.
