At sight it has a straw yellow color with light greenish reflections, a characteristic marker of its marked freshness. On the nose, the notes of white pulp fruit, large and graceful, are combined with a tone of freshly cut grass. On the palate the acidic note prevails over the other components, extremely sharp and nervous, which thanks to the slenderness of the wine and its sapidity gives it a truly remarkable shelf life. Its overall cleanliness and its pleasantness make it an ideal wine as an aperitif and capable of giving remarkable results when paired with freshwater fish, in various interpretations, with summer pies and fresh goat or sheep cheeses.
