Manual harvest and selection of grapes. Gentle pressing of whole bunches and racking for natural sedimentation. Slow fermentation at controlled temperature in large oak barrels (30 hl). Malolactic fermentation and aging for 12 months on fine lees in traditional wooden barrels.

  • Color: bright straw yellow
  • Aroma: It is a very variegated and multifaceted bouquet that is perceived in this wine, with ripe fruity notes of melon, white peach, pear or delight apple, but also with aromas of quince jelly and dried fruit, pear, orange and pineapple, flanked by hints of graphite and a touch of jasmine tending to the mineral.
  • Taste: The combination of the fruity, aromatic and salty gustatory components also recurs on the palate, where the soft and creamy characteristics emerge more vigorous, until a very aromatic, persistent and distinctly mineral aftertaste is perceived.
