Vulcaia and Vulcaia Fumè are the first wines produced by the company in 1991. Our idea was to make the Soave Classico area known, not yet through its Classico wine, but with an interpretation of Sauvignon which, grown for the first once on this volcanic soil, it had given rise to an entirely new version of the French variety. 100% Sauvignon: the first wine produced by the company in 1991.
Sauvignon produced on volcanic soil, in the Soave Classico area on Monte Foscarino.
Variety “domesticated” by the territory, with fragrances and aromas that are difficult to trace back to the typical varietal notes.
Intense yellow color. Nose of citrus and sweet flowers. Mineral on the palate with dried fruit and citrus. The finish is long and persistent.
