The Cantine Ceci, was born in 1938 and today manufactures some of the most appreciated products of the territory, from the mythical Lambrusco “Terre Verdiane” the great “Otello Nero di Lambrusco. The rapid expansion began in the ’90s, with the birth of Lambrusco Terre Verdiane, with which this variety experienced a new life and unexpected prestige.
Terre Verdiane Lambrusco has a rich and decisive taste, pleasant with a fresh and fruity flavor. It is an excellent accompaniment to the main courses of the typical local cuisine such as roasts, braised meats and stews, nevertheless the Lambrusco Terre Verdiane loves the company of typical cold cuts famous all over the world.
Intense ruby red, in the glass rises a red foam with hints of strawberry and violet. In the mouth it is soft, rather lively, fresh and leaves sensations of pleasantness.
Considered the masterpiece of Cantine Ceci. Harvested in early October, it undergoes a maceration on the skins at a low temperature for 5-7 days.
