The Montecrocetta farm is located in Gambellara, at the foot of the Lessini mountains, between Verona and Vicenza. The vineyards, in the production areas of the DOC Gambellara, Soave, Lessini Durello and Vicenza, municipalities of Gambellara, Lonigo in the province of Vicenza Terrossa di Roncà and Montecchia di Crosara in the province of Verona. The cultivated varieties are Durella, Garganega, Trebbiano di Soave, Pinot bianco, Pinot grigio, Cabernet franc, Cabernet sauvignon and Merlot.
Selected harvest of Garganega and Durella grapes, destemming and soft pressing with temperature control with well water. Refinement until spring and subsequent blend before bottling with Sauvignon.
