Lessini Durello Classic Method Sparkling Wine DOC Marcazzan Fabio

The classic method Marcazzan sparkling wine on the nose presents aromas of chamomile, alpine herbs, citrus fruits and white stone fruit, while on the palate it is dry and savory characterized by a drop of ripe yellow pear, apple and unsweetened lemon together with a marked acidity. A saline mineral note gives depth to the persistent finish while an extremely refined perlage adds finesse. All this thanks to an "genius" soil of basaltic volcano origin tending towards an acidic pH at 200 m above sea level, a perfect combination for this grape variety combined with great attention in the preparation and winemaking phase. During winter pruning, 2 vine shoots are left in the field, with 6-7 buds each to allow the plants' vigor to vent.
