Mariné Rosé is a sparkling wine, elegant and decisive, produced with only Pinot Noir grapes grown at an altitude of 600m. It has character and charm, a surprising creaminess and a complexity to be discovered. This romantic and structured wine is perfected by maturing over time, releasing its strong and genuine spirit.

Brilliant old rose, with slight coppery nuances. Fine, creamy and persistent bubble.
On the nose an explosion of scents ranging from the fragrance of brioche bread to the thousand variations of honey: millefiori, acacia and beeswax. Floral sensations of dog rose, dandelion and withered red flowers; fruity with small red fruits such as wild strawberries, currants and raspberries; then ripe citrus fruits, blood orange, mandarin and pink grapefruit; and again, tropical notes that refer to pineapple juice. Iodine and brackish sensations, reminiscent of the sea; intense smoky notes characteristic of the basaltic soil.
