Double Orange Gin Japanese Etsu

Etsu Double Orange Gin is distilled at the Akita Distillery, in the homonymous prefecture in Japan. We are on the island of Honshu, the main island of the Japanese archipelago, north of the city of Tokyo, facing the Sea of Japan. Here is the longest mountain range in the country, from which Etsu Double Orange gets its fresh and light aromas. The slow maceration phase of traditional botanicals, such as bitter orange peel, juniper berries, licorice root, angelica and coriander, precedes the delicate distillation.
