Xaman is an ultra-premium rum named after the deity of the "northern star" Xaman, who protects the Cihuatán valley. In the nocturnal vigils the sleeping woman searched the sky for Xaman, the brightest star; the woman asked for wisdom and prosperity for the valley and its people. After the prayer, Xaman would rest on a Ceiba tree, considered by the Mayans to be the tree of life.

Xaman is a very elegant blend of rums aged for 15 years in American ex-Bourbon wooden barrels, followed by a final refinement of another year in barrels chosen by the master blender, produced with wood obtained from " Ceiba " trees. The permanence in the local Ceiba wood gives particular notes, which enrich the seductive character of this unique rum.
