The Ebner wine estate is located on the sunny Renon plateau, on a rocky spur above the town of Campodazzo, in the southernmost part of the Isarco Valley, with a splendid view of the Sciliar massif and the village of Fiè. Our quality wines are developed in the southernmost part of this valley, under our watchful eye and thanks to loving care. On the sunny and terraced slopes of volcanic origin facing south, red grapes grow, while the white ones prefer the more ventilated slopes to the south-east. These noble drops of the Isarco Valley derive, to a large extent, from a 40-year-old pergola, whose root system, kept vital thanks to delicate pruning, guarantees an ideal supply of nutrients to the grapes, even in periods of greatest drought.
