Our vineyards extend over an area of 2,700 hectares, from the hills of the coast to the slopes of the mountains, in a typically Mediterranean climate, temperate, with significant temperature variations that determine optimal conditions for the accumulation of aromatic substances in the bunches, giving rise to high quality grapes. Our production is concentrated exclusively on the typical and indigenous vines of the area, traditionally cultivated in pergola, with a vocation for experimentation in the field and in the cellar.
Passerina grapes are grown in sandy but basically calcareous soils, offering a white with a fresh flavor and particular notes of golden apple, wisteria and lime. A white to combine with fish dishes, fresh cheeses and stretched curd cheeses.
A red with a balanced and soft flavor, which smells of red fruit, violet and licorice. An authentically organic wine, with good structure and well integrated tannins. To be combined with savory first courses, roasts, sausages and semi-aged cheeses.
