At sight it presents a pale straw yellow color. Its perlage is fascinating and persistent. Its bouquet, broad and delicate, recalls freshly ripe white fruit, with apple prevailing, and very subtle floral tones. Its acidity balances the impact of the sugars and the overall structure of the wine, making it decidedly fresh and well-calibrated.
